When will I receive my pre-order?

All swim shorts are currently available for pre-order. After purchase, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Have no fear, we will notify you once your order has been sent.

What is the postage ETA?

Our swim shorts are posted out from the Gold Coast, Australia within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Domestic Postage – all orders will be sent via Australia post.

  • Standard post: 5-7 business days
  • Express post: 2-3 business days

International Shipping – all orders are shipped via DHL Express.

  • Express shipping: 3-5 business days

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes, we definitely do. All international orders are shipped via international courier, DHL Express. For more information on shipping and rates, visit our Shippingpage.

How much are shipping costs?

  • Domestic – Standard postage within Australia is free for all orders. Express postage is a flat fee of $10.
  • International – Free express shipping is available for orders over $150 or a flat fee of $20 is otherwise applied at checkout.

Do we cover the cost of import taxes or duties?

International orders may incur import taxes and duties which are calculated upon arrival to your country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import taxes or duties as these vary from country to country and you will be responsible for paying these charges. If you return your order, these charges are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for applicable rates and charges.

Where is my order confirmation?

Please allow up to 4 hours from time of purchase to receive your confirmation email and a tracking number will follow 24 hours from placing your order. If you have not received your confirmation email or any correspondence from us, please get in touch.

My order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the postage and delivery timeframes outlined on our Shipping page, please check the tracking number on your order confirmation to locate your delivery. If you are still having trouble, please get in touch with us via hello@pearswim.com.

What is our returns policy?

If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full exchange or refund (excluding sale or promotional items). The process is simple and all items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached within 21 days of delivery. We do not currently cover return shipping costs in Australia or internationally - but we are working on it! What if my shorts are damaged?

Each of our swim shorts are made with care and are inspected before being sent out to you. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty when received, you can return it to us within 21 days of delivery to be exchanged or refunded.

What are our swim shorts made of?

PEAR swim shorts are made from 100% premium quality polyester, have a 100% polyester mesh lining and fine finished elements made from high-grade metals.

Are our swim shorts made ethically?

Our swim shorts are all designed in Australia and made abroad. We work closely with our international factories to manufacture our products and ensure ethical working standards and conditions are maintained. This is a very important element of our business and we have built personal relationships with our suppliers to deliver on this promise.

What payment methods do we accept?
